SHIPPING POLICY

1. Domestic Shipping USAWe ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the package size and weight.

Once sent, most packages are delivered within 3-7 business days.  You will receive              a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been                    shipped. 

    2. Processing Time

    Each order is carefully prepared and packaged within 2-4 business days (excluding          weekends and holidays).  You will receive an email with tracking information as                soon as your package is on the way.

     3. Delays

    Please note that delays can happen due to carrier issues or weather conditions.                We are not responsible for delays once the package has been received by the                  carrier.

    4. Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.  If an order is delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we are not responsible and will not offer a free replacement or refund. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the second shipping attempt.

    5. Once package is delivered by the carrier, Frank and Carm's Corner is no longer responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please ensure to provide a secure delivery location.  For any delivery related claims, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly.
